Grade 3 to 6 Program

Masters basic skill and enhance abilities in a variety of sports.E.g. Soccer,Basket ball, Badminton,Hockey, Throw ball, Hand ball,Volley ball,Cricket, Kho-Kho,Kabbadi,Tennis,Tug of war etc.

Grade 7 to 10

Masters in particular sport skill and enhance abilities in a various Competitions,Challenge fitness to new levels,to build and develop cardiovascular endurance as well as muscular strength and flexibility.Achiveve fitness goals through participating in a comprehensive total body workout. 

Nutrition Program
